This is a surrogate mom, Hannah. This baby survived after mom fell in a grease bin behind a restaurant. She hung on to the side of the bin submerged in grease for most of the night with two babies clinging to her neck. She was bathed, treated but had so much grease in her lungs, she didn’t make it. The babies who were also covered in grease are going to be fine. Hannah was happy to adopt them. Here is one baby with its new adoptive mom. Opossums are so loving and caring.

IT DOESN’T HELP THAT THOSE ARE POSSUMS WHO ALSO HAVE TERRIBLE EYESIGHT. XD SO BOTH CREATURES DIDN’T REALIZE WHAT WAS WHAT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE I’M DYING.

The possum near my place of work not only know where the cross walks are but they also know how to wait for the lights to change to cross the streets better than the humans that live here.
